Refund policy

Consumers have the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following conditions, where ‘consumer’ means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or self-employed professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item of goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the website at https://linasolecillo.com/apps/widerruf . If you use this online function, we will send you, without undue delay, an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), which will include its content and the date and time of submission.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the immediate costs of returning the goods.
You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed following delivery.
General instructions
Please take care not to damage or soil the goods. Where possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use outer wrapping to protect the packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to adequately protect the contents from damage caused during transit. Please note that the general instructions above are not a condition for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
