Refund policy

Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is understood to be any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early in contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and have been unsealed after delivery.
